As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the user conversion lifecycle - from first ad impression, to first page view, to conversion. You will own the prospecting campaigns to drive traffic to the website and the re-engagement funnel to drive conversions. This position is unique as it not only focuses on the ads that convert, but also the downstream events that convert and engage a user. This will involve creating unique experiences for different segments of users.
Things you’ll own/do:
Create, analyze, and optimize a wide variety of Brava Home campaigns - both prospecting and re-engagement
Campaign ideation, coordination, management and implementation
Develop test plans for new user acquisition initiatives and measure performance to identify the highest impact testing opportunities and make recommendations
Test creatives, bids, placements, landing pages, conversion funnels, and audiences to scale campaigns efficiently
Generate daily, weekly and monthly performance recaps
Build, maintain and cultivate key strategic relationships with acquisition partners
Manage and optimize the web conversion funnel from first view to conversion
Ideate, build and optimize conversion journeys for the specific user segments
Run the lifecycle management of non-paid re-engagement campaigns through email, push and text
Our ideal candidate has:
3+ years of experience with paid social marketing on Facebook and Instagram.
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. You will use data daily.
A good understanding of Excel, pivot tables, formulas and manipulating data to see clear trends
Advanced knowledge of Excel: pivot tables, vlookup, index-match, etc.
BA/BS degree from a top university
Fluent in English
Bonus: competency with querying languages like SQL
